DARSHAN 2 [NYC]

  • The Rubin Museum of Art 150 West 17th Street New York, NY, 10011 United States (map)

DARSHAN is Sanskrit for "sacred perception." It is a holy communion, or exchange with the divine by way of art forms. According to Harvard Professor Diana Eck, it is not simply a passive receiving of perceptual data—but rather an active "touching" between the eyes of the devotee and the deity.

Come "receive" darshan with Psychedelic Sangha on our field trip to the Rubin Museum of Art.

Turn the new interactive WHEEL OF INTENTIONS (created by Potion and Ben Rubin), and start your journey with spiritual purpose.

Meditate with us in the Shrine Room.

And enjoy the experience of joyfully moving through the mandala of the museum with like-minded spiritual friends.

It's free admission at the Rubin!

Libations will be flowing, and DJ David Ellenbogen will be spinning records at the K2 Lounge.

Psychedelic Sangha aims to create safe, communal spaces for Psychedelic Buddhists and Buddhistic Psychonauts. We also provide practical and intellectual pathways to harm reduction trainings through our event programing. We do not sell, distribute, or promote illegal drugs.
